Sprite have created two calculators designed to help with understanding and implementing AWR. 

The Comparator Rate Calculator is designed to show what rate an Agency has to pay Sprite in order to ensure that we can pay our employee a comparable rate as if engaged directly by the hirer.  The AWR Contract Calculator is designed to compare the various of options of complying with AWR.
