If you find it difficult to maintain a neat record of all your business expenses, and don't have the time to catalogue them on a weekly basis, then ExpensesTrack is the solution for you.

ExpensesTrack is a cost effective three stage process that aims to save you time and money!

Stage 1: You send us weekly your receipts for your business expenses, in prepaid envelopes at no cost to you.

Stage 2: We record your expenses, catalogue them and scan all your receipts onto your personal file.

Stage 3: At the end of the tax year we prepare a schedule for you and send this together with scanned copies of your receipts to you
               or your accountant who will be able to submit a comprehensive claim for expenses on your behalf.

Of course it is your responsibility to ensure that your expenses meet HMRC guidelines, and that the expenses have been incurred "wholly, exclusively and necessarily in the performance of your duties". However, by using ExpensesTrack you can be certain that you will have a comprehensive report together with all the appropriate receipts neatly catalogued.

ExpensesTrack is available for an annual fee of £100 (plus vat), that's less than £2.30 per week and because we are doing the work your annual accounting fees should be less, and as you are able to send us receipts on a weekly basis you won't have to spend time searching for receipts at the end of the year.
