Employees of the Sprite Umbrella company have the advantage of being able to claim certain legitimate business expenses. It is worth pointing out that Sprite's compliance team take their responsibility seriously and our expenses administration is tightly managed to ensure Sprite and you remain compliant. Our expenses policy shows clearly what an allowable business expense is. However our overriding principal is as per HMRC guidelines which state that "Expenses must be incurred wholly, exclusively and necessarily in the performance of your duties". What if I don't have any expenses? There are a number of other reasons why joining Sprite's Umbrella company may be right for you, these include:

• We pay you weekly with deduction of PAYE Income tax and National Insurance Contributions in the same way as a non-umbrella employer would.
• Our margin deduction is clear and simple with no hidden fees.
• We provide a comprehensive level of insurances for employees including free Personal Accident Insurance.
• You have the option to increase your level of insurances through our Gold cover, which provides you with additional professional indemnity insurance cover (often required by agencies).

• We offer free BACS transfers to your UK bank.
• Your taxes will be deducted and paid to HMRC as required and we will provide you with copies of your annual P60 and any other tax documents that may be required.
