Through our managed salary sacrifice scheme Sprite offer the ability for agencies, who may not have the necessary back office software/ capability, the opportunity to have the mechanics of operating a salary sacrifice model administered for them by Sprite.  Unlike an umbrella arrangement where Sprite employ workers, under the salary sacrifice model it is the agency that employs the workers.  As many agencies are now adopting an "employed model" as part of their AWR compliance, a salary sacrifice scheme can offer real benefit to such companies and workers alike.

The Sprite Managed Salary Sacrifice Model offers the following features:

• Dispensation set up control screen to allow the set up of a dispensation in accordance with whatever has been obtained.
• Variable amount of sacrifice set up allowing a company to decide the amount of sacrifice in relation to the amount of expenses paid.
• The system will not sacrifice earnings below NMW 
• Variable mode of transport configuration - Car, Bus, Bicycle etc.
• Actual daily travel can be agreed at the outset or calculated at the start of an assignment.
• Ability to process receipted expenses in addition to scale charges.
• Flexible reporting and ability to produce branded payslips etc.
• BACS file output to match company banking requirements.
• We also have the ability to calculate a mileage using UK road mapping software between two postcodes.
• Use of web portal for additional expenses
