Customer Service Adviser
The Customer Service team handle all incoming calls and work to resolve queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring each customer receives service excellence, expert guidance and advice, and efficient problem resolution. Each Customer Service Adviser is responsible for maintaining the standard of customer excellence by working with callers to obtain accurate information, confidently communicating and explaining processes and requirements, and ensuring all records are maintained to a high standard.
In addition to responding to incoming calls, the team are responsible for making contact with new prospects to get them registered. This involves ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, all key information is collected and accurately recorded, and operatives receive the highest level of service throughout.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls, ideally in a targeted environment, and will pride yourself on high quality customer service; you will be passionate about customers and solving customer-perceived problems. You will be competent in using questioning techniques to clearly establish client’s needs and will display strong communication and listening skills, in addition to resilience in complex or stressful situations.
We are looking for professional individuals who have excellent attention to detail and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. It would be highly advantageous if you are fluent in either Portuguese, Polish, Romanian or Lithuanian.
